My Moroccan Cuisine
Volume 1: Book of Hours - Volume 2: Book of Recipes

The Book of (Beautiful) Hours borrows its title from one of the most
renowned manuscripts, the book of hours realized in the 15th century for
the Duc de Berry; it nevertheless has no liturgical vocation, only drawing
its inspiration from the aesthetic qualities of its noble predecessors.
Divided into five moments throughout the day, it proposes a mosaic
of images, texts, citations and delicate watercolours, conceived by many
small and fascinating visions of artistic creation, which find their
  resonance in Morocco.

The Book of Recipes is an improved and modified republication of the
book, Ma cuisine marocaine, co-edited in 1987 by the Sochepress and
Jean-Pierre Taillandier publishing houses. Along with the Book of Hours it
celebrates, in the broadest sense, the legitimate marriage between cuisine
  and art.
These recipes were fashioned with the ingredients of their age, from the
nineteenth century or earlier and with bygone and unsophisticated utensils.
While surviving, the recipes take us back to a past that is long gone.
Beautiful pastels and watercolours enhance the book.

The Book of Recipes is also available separately.
